Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

BACK FROM THE DEAD® reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or violations of these Terms.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices, product availability, promotions, and collections may change at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Products

We strive to accurately display our products, colors, sizing, and materials.

Due to monitor settings, photography, garment dyeing, embroidery, printing, mineral washing, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, distressing, embroidery, or finish may occur. These variations are intentional characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly between garments.

Limited Releases

Many BACK FROM THE DEAD® products are produced in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or retire any product, graphic, colorway, style, or collection without notice.

Availability of any product does not guarantee future restocks.

Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

BACK FROM THE DEAD® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Returns may be refused if products show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, alterations, or misuse.

Certain products—including limited releases, promotional items, gift cards, and Final Sale merchandise—may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Site—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, illustrations, photographs, videos, text, product names, website design, source code, and other materials—is the exclusive property of BACK FROM THE DEAD® or its licensors and is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.

The Official BFTD Seal is the signature emblem and authentication mark of BACK FROM THE DEAD®.

The Official BFTD Seal, together with all associated artwork, graphics, and product designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the Official BFTD Seal is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks

BACK FROM THE DEAD®, BFTD™, The Official BFTD Seal, product names, collection names, graphics, slogans, logos, and other identifying brand elements are trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary assets of BACK FROM THE DEAD® or are used under applicable rights.

Nothing contained on this Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
